96 chevy cavalier overheating and not sure y.

i had a lighjt come on and i didnt know what it ment so i put anti freeze in it and it needed it well later on that day it over heated and we arent sure why. Does any one know where i can getinformation on the
Thermistat and radiator, water pump, and the cooling fan?
