How did they check your pistons?
To check them you have to remove them.
How did they check the wiring? Did the test every wire inside.
What code is the computer giving out?
simple replacing a bunch of parts is a waste.
As for lubricating everything there isn't much to that. Make sure you have enough oil and transmission fluid.
A simple test to do is to run the engine hear the rattle.
Take the belt off and run it for a few seconds if the rattle isn't present than it is something attached to the engine. Water pump, alt, idler pulley, AC compressor, and whatever else.
If the rattle is present it may be internal to the engine or transmission failing to disengage bad clutch/throwout bearing/pilot bushing. It could even be your starter staying kicked out.
There are too many things to just guess at.
